Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office in Cardiff)
Reports to: Business Development Director

Are you an experienced Bid Manager ready to make an impact in a fast-growing and competitive market? We are seeking a Commercial Bid Manager to lead our client’s bid and proposal responses, driving success and growth across metering, data, and energy services.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage bid responses from start to finish.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and liaise with clients throughout the bidding process.
  • Analyse tender documents and produce high-quality submissions.
  • Manage business development tools and maintain bid collateral.
  • Ensure compliance with governance processes and industry standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in bid and tender management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement practices and tender processes.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience in drafting contracts and legal documentation.
  • Knowledge of the energy and services industry.
