You’ll be part of a Maintenance Team and will be given the opportunity to dive into a dynamic, real-world engineering environment where you’ll get stuck into everything from fault-finding and equipment upgrades to leading small projects and supporting new installations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the team when new equipment is being installed, with long-term maintenance in mind.
- Take the lead on smaller maintenance projects around the smelter.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and help train others to do the same.
- Follow the correct isolation steps to keep things safe when working with hazardous energy.
- Make sure all electrical gear is up to scratch and meets company standards.
- Keep an eye on audits to make sure everything’s compliant on site.
- Diagnosing and solving equipment issues
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a time-served electrical trade qualification
- A team player who’s organised and ready to learn
- A basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation
