Senior Manager, Cloud Security
This role sits within the senior leadership team of a global technology powerhouse, and you’ll be responsible for defining the cloud security strategy within an ever-evolving enterprise security function. Planning and optimising security controls in a multi-cloud environment and owning the delivering of the CNAPP capability.
What you’ll be doing:

Working with the Enterprise Security, Cloud Enablement & Engineering teams, to implement, and optimise security controls in the cloud and drive delivery of CNAPP capability.

Undertake technical assessments of existing cloud security capabilities to identify vulnerabilities and risks. Create actionable recommendations for securing cloud solutions.
- Implement security measures for cloud-native applications, including container security and serverless architectures.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate the deployment of security controls, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Enhancing security configurations and policies aligned with the main security frameworks, including the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM) and NIST guidelines, to continuously improve cloud environments.

Providing training and awareness programs on cloud security standards.
Past experience you’ll require:
- In-depth multi-cloud security experience, including the implementation of strategic Cloud Security support models.
- Security tools and technologies e.g. firewalls, CNAPP, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM.
- Experience in embedding and training cloud security practices within teams
- Cloud security experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Superb communication skills with the ability to engage with the executive leaders

Relevant security certifications would be desirable
