Required skills and experience

  • Degree in education, IT, or health-related field.
  • Strong technical / IT acumen.
  • Prior experience with children and adults, especially those with learning, communication, physical or sensory processing differences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience in successfully managing own time.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Enhanced DBS eligibility.
  • Full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle; you must enjoy driving.
  • Experience, knowledge and training in safeguarding.
  • A passion to empower disabled people.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or cerebral palsy.
  • Experience in IT setup and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Familiar with medico-legal operations.
