About the Client

My client is a leading solar panel consultancy and installation company in Kent & Southeast, working with both commercial and residential clients since 2010. In 2024, they expanded their services to include solar installation, servicing, maintenance, and financing for a greener future.

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and technically skilled Residential Sales Consultant to drive growth in the renewable energy sector. You will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, conduct site surveys, design tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships. Your role will directly contribute to expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and sell solar PV & battery systems, using technical expertise to offer the best solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys and create tailored proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead to closing, using PV design software and financial tools.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the design team and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Optimize sales pipelines and report on progress to meet targets.

About you

  • Proven success in domestic solar sales and target achievement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and expertise in managing the sales cycle.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to stay current with solar technology and market trends.
